I hereby grant to (“the Company”) the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission to use any photographs, videos, photographic portraits, editorial comments, testimonials, reviews or stories of me and/or my pet, to copyright, to re-use, publish and republish the same in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other photographs, in any and all media now or hereafter known, and for any purpose whatsoever, for illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising and trade, or any other purpose whatsoever without restriction as to alteration; from time to time, or reproductions thereof in color, black and white or otherwise. I understand that the photos maybe used in a publication, print ad, direct mail piece, electronic media (internet, world wide web), social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, video cd-rom), or other forms of promotion. I hereby grant the Company and Cheshire Partners, LLC. the right to use any photos, videos, photographic portraits, editorial comments, testimonials, reviews or stories of me and/or my pet, for any purpose, only as directed by the Company, and only for the benefit of the Company. I hereby grant Cheshire Partners, LLC. the right to use any finished product as compiled on behalf of the Company as a demonstration of its work on the Cheshire Partners, LLC., website or other promotional media.
I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve the finished products or the advertising copy or printed matter that may be used in connection therewith or the use to which it may be applied.
I hereby release, discharge and agree to save harmless the Company and/or Cheshire Partners, LLC., their owners, shareholders, legal representatives or assigns and all persons acting under the Company’s permission or authority, from any liability in connection with the use of the photographs of me or the participant as aforesaid or by virtue of any alteration, processing or use thereof in composite form, whether intentional or otherwise, as well as any publication thereof as long as it is on behalf of, and at the direction of, the Company, or the demonstration of Cheshire Partners, LLC.’s work product. I hereby grant permission to the Company to use the materials in the Company’s promotional materials and publicity efforts, audio-visual, World Wide Web, and printed materials without compensation or approval rights.
